Welcome to CitySide Appliance. By accessing our website, contacting our business, or booking a service appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
CitySide Appliance provides residential appliance repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services.
All services are subject to technician availability, service area limitations, and the condition of the appliance. CitySide Appliance reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
Appointments are scheduled within service windows, not exact appointment times.
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance during the scheduled appointment window.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
CitySide Appliance reserves the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee if:
All service calls begin with a diagnostic visit to determine the cause of the appliance issue.
A repair estimate will be provided before any work is performed.
Customers agree to pay the diagnostic fee regardless of whether the repair is approved.
Payment is due at the time of service unless invoicing has been approved in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future service.
Labor Warranty: 30 days from the date of repair.
Parts Warranty: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty coverage is void if the appliance is altered, tampered with, or serviced by anyone other than CitySide Appliance after our repair.
CitySide Appliance does not service homes with active cockroach, rodent, or pest infestations.
If a technician arrives and discovers visible signs of an infestation, service will be immediately canceled and the diagnostic fee will still apply.
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of our technicians and to prevent contamination of tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
